It looks like Johan Franzen has been cleared to play by
Big boost for the Wings although the way they played in Game 1 Franzen may not be needed as badly as everyone originally thought.
On the Penguins side there are a few changes to the line-up. The major addition is the return of veteran winger Gary Roberts. He was pissed off after he was scratched in Game 1, so you can bet your savings that he will make an impact in tonight’s tilt. I wouldn’t be shocked to see him get some minutes on the top line with Sid and Hossa.
The other changes involve some juggling between all the forward lines (click here for the line-up changes).
I don’t know if this is a sense of urgency on the part of head coach Michel Terrien but it is a must-win game for the Pens if they want any chance of winning this series. We will have to wait and see if his changes worked.
